Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 24 hr before the appointment otherwise will be charged a $55 cancelation fee. In the case of a no show the full price of the session and travel will be charged. Clients who require airline travel will be charged full session and travel if not canceled a week or more before. In the case of inclement weather, both you and Raine Animal Therapies may cancel on the day of the appointment with no-fault.
